Nov 8th Shakedown at E-Town!

This past weekend a friend an I decided to go to e-town. The classes they were running were pretty nuts!

8.50 index
10.5 Outlaw Radial
Heavy street
Pro Outlaw
Pro Outlaw 1/8 mile

And yes 8.50 was the "slowest" class.

This event was by FAR the most insane thing ive ever experienced! It really puts things into perspective on how slow im going compared to these things....lol

We saw the first 10.5 Radial car go 6.89 at 203mph! which set the new record
Pro Outlaw went 5.98 at 246mph!
Pro Outlaw 1/8 mile were going 3.7 at 203mph! yes that 660 feet going over 200mph!

I have some videos and pics, but the kid I went with has the flu and im just starting to get over it, so when we both recover ill post some of the goodness.

Sick man! Was it David Hance's mustang doing it on radials again? I know he was the 1st one in the 6's on radials.

Really does make ya think our stuff is slow though doesnt it?

. I almost hate going and realizing it lol

was that the black one w/ green shit all over the front?....i think he broke or got eliminated but he was there, but wasnt running on sunday.

also watched this happen. The announcer sad in all the years of racing that hes been involved in this was the worst N20 explosion he's ever seen!

Yeah, a friend of mine Joe has a near 4000lb cutlass well into the 8's and its a registered driven street car!!
